Student: Is it me, or is Frazz getting a little ... heavy? Miss Plainwell: It's March. We can't be at racing weight all the time.
Student: What?
Miss Plainwell: Oh. Is he talking about Sartre again?
If you’re anxious for to shine in the high aesthetic lineas a man of culture rare,You must get up all the germs of the transcendental terms, and plant them ev’rywhere. You must lie upon the daisies and discourse in novel phrasesof your complicated state of mind,The meaning doesn’t matter if it’s only idle chatterof a transcendental kind.
Sharuniboy: I remember when John Connoly (who thought Oswald was shooting at him, not Kennedy) became Secretary of the Navy, the Texas Observer printed the entire lyrics to “When I Was a Lad” as commentary – and it fit perfectly!
When you come right down to it, Frazz lives a very existential life, perhaps because he understands that no matter how far you run, there really is No Exit.
Sartre is credited as the founder of modern Existentialism: there is no purpose or reason we are here; it is up to us to give our lives purpose and meaning. That’s undoubtedly a very heavy trip.

Sartre and Frazz do not seem a great match. Frazz is so upbeat and appreciative of what life offers.
