It’s the rare Grown-Up who can remember being a Kid.

One of my nieces complained that I remembered too much how I acted as a kid. That was because I wouldn’t believe most of the stuff they told me and guessed what really happened.

When my dad would catch me doing something kid-like that I thought I had gotten away with it he would tell me, " I have been a kid, I am a parent, what have you been?"

That’s why I hate the “Kids these days…” teachers I work with. Kids these days are just as good and bad as I was, funnier though, I laugh at them every day!

When I was 5, I almost drowned. At 9, I survived an electrocution. At 16 I impaled myself on a picket fence. I wrecked the family car at 17. Both my folks were grey before their time. I had a certain amount of fun, though… :-))

I believe the joke is that a child would try to do that without thinking, and be surprised at failing.:-))

She may have had help getting started, someone else held her drink until she was high enough to hold on with her feet and one hand and then handed her the drink and she started swinging and spinning around with it because she couldn’t control herself with just one hand.

@Night-Gaunt49 said, “With his hands full he used his arms, legs and feet. Not the best way, but it can suffice.” BUT … his hands were full of WHAT?? Not hands hanging free, the kid said FULL. So was he holding fruit juice and it spilled when he clowned on the ropes and that’s why he’s sympathetic? I DON’T GET THIS STRIP. Also, how is Caulfield so knowledgeable about what Frazz did as a student 30 years ago?
