Frazz still doesn’t understand kids.

Write the book “Caulfield vs. the Snow Dragon” and then write the book report on THAT.

Cold fire that draws the warmth from your bones.

Unfortunately, here the orange cones are all too well used.

well it already has snowed in the Rockies.

Seems that Caulfield doesn’t know that the garden thingy is called a rake.

Now that I realize you are in Michigan, you are my double-favorite comic!

It’s going to be snowing all too soon, I’m afraid.

Can you travel anywhere and not have to see orange cones?? Those things are everywhere!

I have to wonder what Caulfield will do when he’s older. Will he start taking grades seriously? Will he drop out as soon as legally possible? Will his parents allow him a tutor? What kind of job will he want, and what kind will he get? Or will he kill himself in ennui before that becomes an issue?

Winter is coming. Do you know where your dragon is?

Caulfield is more interested in being excited than doing school work that bores him.

Let’s make it clear that I don’t condone the appropriation of publicly owned traffic cones even for art’s sake. But it does seem like an awful lot of the time they’re sitting there not being used. Remember back in September 2001, when we suddenly had to wonder if we had enough room on the ground for the country’s commercial air fleet? I wonder, similarly if not as solemnly, where the Department of Transportation would store all its orange barrels if it had to put them all away at once instead of just storing them beside the road.

I sure hope Caulfield grows up and finds an occupation that allows him to do whatever he wants whenever he wants. Otherwise, adulthood is going to be miserable for him.
