    I think you can ride a borrowed unicycle… assuming you can ride one at all, of course. I can’t even balance a two-wheel cycle unless it’s moving forward…

    A confluence of skills and opportunity along with the perspicacity to act. Yup. Ya learn it and then ya use it (or ya lose it). We only recognize real opportunities to act when we are prepared

    Being able to ride a vehicle with only one wheel isn’t only the result of hard work. It includes the other component of success – perseverance. But then that applies to almost every success.

    Most people who do things like ride unicycles or juggle have a knack for it in the first place, otherwise the learning process is just frustration.

    Major scientific breakthrus are less often accompanied by “Eureka!” than by “That’s funny …”.

    But the researcher had to know thru lots of experience what wasn’t an oddity.
