I cannot tolerate earbuds. Outside the ear headphones work, but nothing smaller. So I’m definitely in the market for interesting with no earbuds needed.
We would go hiking and hear people blaring their phones without headsets and wonder if they understood what getting back to nature was about.
Seriously, though. I know some people do make noise deliberately in nature to reduce the chance of running into hostile wildlife while we went as quietly as possible so we could see as much as possible.
I also can’t understand people who hike with music playing so others can hear it. Beyond the fact that it scares away any wildlife, it is just so rude and inconsiderate. Sad that some people can’t handle being alone in their own heads for even the duration of a hike.

Differently interesting? What does that mean?
Sounds like a new Apple sales pitch.

Not every change or new thing is more or better.
Sometimes a change or new thing is just different.

Differently is the key?

When I am on my road bike I prefer to listen to trucks, not music

I never go outside with any earphones. The world is much too interesting listening to.
