Lemme put it this way, it is illegal to import haggis into the US from Britain.
( Which puts haggis in the same category as Amy Winehouse. )
Haggis isn’t as bad as you might imagine. Well cooked it’s a big sausage to my mind. Now if you want something truly gross try eating tripe.

Haggis is fine. The way it’s served may be a little off putting to some, but once you get over that it’s just a rich, but tasty meat dish.
