This way, Fred! Is it? He's right- it is! Some days I'd be lost without him!
It’s ok, Fred. Anyone can have an off day. :)
That nose can discover so many interesting things, that leads to more interesting discoveries, it’s easy to get distracted.
Sweet.
Actually, in the first panel, it looked to me like Fred was ‘daydreaming’, not looking or caring where he went.
Then again, Fred’s master, though certain about the way, may be wrong. Fred may have to lead Him home.
From Fred’s perspective, it all just looks like grass and greenery. He can’t see the landmarks that his master can.
There ’s a already a Little Dog Lost.
He was just following his nose; that’s what hounds do.
