Reminds me of the scent discrimination exercises used at obedience trials. With their backs facing away from a group of dumbbell shaped metal articles, the owner/handler of the dog rubs their hands on an article and places the article on the judge’s clipboard. Using tongs, the judge places the scented article among the others. The dog and owner/handler then turn around and on command from the judge, the owner/handler tells the dog “Find it.” The dog sniffs the articles until it finds the scented article. The dog picks it up, trots back to the owner/handle, sits in front and, upon the judge saying “Take it,” the owner/handler tells the dog “Out” and takes the article. The dog then goes to the heel position and the exercise is finished. The exercise is repeated using articles made of wood.

Are all those items dog-slobber proof?

Wow! I am impressed, Fred! If it weren’t for the fact each remote is actually labeled as to what it is used for, I would be in trouble. They all look pretty much alike…
