    That’s why James Aurness, later Arness was the first man on the beach at Anzio. His commander wanted to know how deep the water was & he was the tallest man, at 6’6".

    I thought Ford used a blue oval, not a red triangle.

    Can someone on the right had side of the pond explain why there would be a crossing marked in what appears to be a pasture? I could understand if there were a road of some sort or even a footpath.

    For those little dogs, I would recommend caulking the wagon and floating them across the river in it.
