Dogged?

Maybe dog tired.

Fred the new dog looks sad, just keep being nice :-)

If at first an all that Fred!!! he will be an asset to the gang once you cheer him up!!!

He could be a good friend to Jock. The Jock in “Lady and the Tramp” had a bloodhound for his best friend.

Awww. He’s an old boy. I love old dogs. They are usually so humble.

Could this become a new regular character, like we are getting at Dog Eat Doug? Sure would be nice! I like this ole fella!
