I didn’t know there was a Grand Basset breed

‘Gotta’ couple of questions ?: Why do , English HAVE TO HAVE such ‘FANCY(’Posh’ accent) names for their dogs? Why not something simple like ’hairy basset hound ?

When I was in grade school, some family friends had two basset hounds named Clancy and Huckleberry. I always liked those dogs!

I’ve always loved that name!

Well, they ARE all “Longfellows”.
