Fred, your nose could find it if Mr Dear played with sausage scented balls!

Now, if Fred would have left the bone yesterday to Jock, Jock could be helping him now. You never know when you might need to call in a favour.(Sorry so much, if this is more German than English!)

If this was in New England (rather than Olde), Dear would find Poison Ivy as well…

Do like I do! Throw another ball down and forget to score it. The professionals never lose a ball – it usually bounces off a spectator back into the fairway.

The other day I saw a bear who had been roughed up. Likely Fred is avoiding what he sees would likely happen to him.

By the way, currently live video/audio feed is available via YouTube. It is from Alaska of the Katmai River, loaded with bear. They are hunting salmon. The feed is from a number of points along the river. I’m not sure what Fred would think of it. My dogs have been fascinated while watching the bears catch the salmon and be pestered by seagulls.

That does look like the groundskeeper has taken the concept of “the rough” a bit too far.
