That Jock is a professional petty thief. Hmmm! It is a dilemma. You don’t want to squeal on your friend and at the same time it isn’t right for Mia to lose her ball. I suppose you could casually look out the door drawing Mrs. Dear’s attention to outside, and she will discover for herself Jock’s theft.

Well, Jock can certainly teach Mia a thing or two what she could to do with her ball.

This is the second strip I have read in which a girl called Mia has appeared. I mentioned the first time that she may have been named after the actress Mia Farrow who was in several Woody Allen films in the 1970s and ’80s.

Start humming the Go-Go’s Fred. Maybe she’ll get the hint.

Hummmmm … Two adults and one child … Not one of them saw Jock get the ball to play with ;-)
