Instead of staring, you should be helping him up.

Fortunately, Jock is small enough to survive. There was a bodybuilder who landed on his head and died. He may have slipped on a spot of oil.

Fred i’m glad you and Yorky didn’t laugh a Jock. But the two of you should go see if he’s alright.

It’s unusual for a character in this strip to be shown seeing stars. It’s rare for them to be shown as hurt although some strips suggest that Fred and friends are about to be hurt by the Grosvenor Avenue Gang.
