My sentiments exactly, Fred, but you have to admire Mr. Dear for his willingness to try sky diving. Myself? I see no reason to jump out of a perfectly good plane, but that’s just me.
I was in Mazatlan over 40 years ago and did this over water. I have no idea what made me think that if I fell, water would be ‘softer’ than sand. It was terrifying.

High jumps (>1800 feet) are fun!!!! Combat Jumps (800ft) are not. That landing HURTS!!!
