Be happy he did not catch a body like the one in the crime film we saw last evening. Would be a nice opening for Midsummer Murders though. But those were not invented back then I think.

You will just have to be his fisherman’s friend and cheer him up….

The only time you can be sure that a fisherman is tell the truth, is when he’s calling another fisherman a liar.

It’s a good excuse to sit by a creek (where if you see a human, they’re trying to be quiet so as not scare the fish). Supper might be nice, that’s why I brought sandwiches.

Fred one does not have to boast to drink a beer ;-)

Haven’t “gone” fishing since 1977. I was staying at a friend’s cabin and the rear deck was also his boat dock, so we toss a few lures out. Didn’t catch anything, but the coffee was good.
