I saw a show on truffle hunting in Italy and the guy said they use dogs because the pigs will eat them.

…and to top it off, he only likes the caps…no ends!

Truffles can cost as much as $400 per pound. That is why even fancy restaurants only “shave” truffles onto your dish.
