    Even if they weren’t touching now they will be (would be) when they get into its stomach. Besides that, they’re all the same food – it’s not like some are red ants, some are black ants, and some are termites.

    Hey Bill, very funny but I thought you’d like to know, “sticky tongue”…

    “Anteaters feed almost exclusively on ants and termites, whose nests they rip open with their powerful forelimbs and claws, and then ingest with their sticky tongue. They only consume about 140 insects from each mound during a single feeding.”
