There’s oodles of art history majors for the very few jobs of that kind that exist. It’s a common joke — the Car Talk guys joked about it all the time. I knew someone whose daughter was an art history major. Got nowhere with it. She finally got interested in massage therapy, but didn’t research that as well — the income is negligible, apparently. Finally ended up studying physical therapy, where I think (I’ve lost track of them) she finally at least got a full-time job. Three careers before she was 30!
