You do know, that this is more dialog between exersizers and non-exersizers, not husband and wife? Exersizers insist that every ill can be cured by the RIGHT exersize. And, if you do not exersize, usually their way, you are gonna DIE before nightfall? (Mis-spelling is deliberate.)

It is unsurprising how many “influencers” about exercise and “health” are young people who recover well and don’t have the miles that age provides.
