The climate has been changing (cooling phases and warming phases) for billions of years. It’s not about to stop now. The last glacial period ended about 15,000 years ago and the globe has been “warming” since then. This warming phase will last a least another 50,000 years, and there is nothing mankind can do to stop it.
That said, we can debate how much man’s activities have accelerated the pace of the natural global warming and just how harmful that acceleration really is, and . . . the best ways to mitigate the effects of global warming on our coastlines, etc.
