Low-fat alternatives for butter turn into plastic when melted. I CAN believe it’s not butter.
I bought an air-fryer and will never deep-fat fry again. The only trick is to NOT pour the oil from the bottom of the pan over the crispy fried food. :)
What does she substitute for taste, texture and enjoyment?
