Proper motivation is the key!
Some kids would’ve chosen to help rake the leaves. Not me though, I always got a blister on my thumb when I raked leaves.
My dad was a teacher, so putting off doing homework wasn’t an option. Besides, I’d have been told after I did my homework to go out and rake the leaves.
