A friend of mine many years ago took a home-ec course in college designed to teach young women to be proper ladies (this was Texas, y’all). The main thing she remembered from it was being told that parsley is an aphrodisiac.

Parsley or cilantro, parsley or cilantro. Which to choose, which to choose?

pschearer, in China, they refer to cilantro as parsley. You can have your herbs and eat them too!

Cilantro the source of sarcasm. Coriander the source of good food.

While its role as a source of sarcasm may be kept under wraps, cilantro is commonly known to be a source of alliteration.
