I’ve actually eaten raw horsemeat at a famous, though tiny, restaurant near Tokyo. I wasn’t told what it was until after I had finished. Although I would never eat it again, it was tasty. Maybe I’ve been in Japan too long?

The FB bird looks like an albino buzzard. With indigestion.

SHE WHO MUST BE OBEYED serves horse regularly. She calls it dinner and I call it delicious, if I don’t want the sofa.

I think it’s a kitty, just being koi, but we wouldn’t carp about it. Gosh, it feels like I’m commenting on Brewster.

I should also mention that this is a really well done picture and caption. (At first, though, I thought we were in the Maldives again!)

Your odd-looking birdie looks like a fairly standard Egyptian Vulture.

When we lived in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, there was a “Boucherie Chevaline” (horsemeat butcher) just down the street from us. Horsemeat is sweeter than beef, and quite delicious.

Just better hope that feline doesn’t learn how to use that drainplug…

I’m confuzzled. I can’t find the horse in the toon.

Yes, we should all have “Delete” buttons, thought we seem to be lacking “Edit” buttons. It should be on the bottom right hand side of your own posts. Just to the left of “Reply”
