Rubenesque trumps heroin chic any day in my book.

For what it’s worth, the “Straight Arrow” post caused a massive flashback to my childhood. The mid-60’s circular, on the other hand, reminded me of an aspect of my childhood years that I am glad to see behind me.

 

Sadly, however, hatred and intolerance has now moved from paper circulars to the internet, where people foam at the mouth and inveigh against the evils of muslims, gays and Frog Applause.

Re: Mid-60’s Circular;Besides myself I think a few others may have missed or ignored that circular. Like:The Animals, Rolling Stones, Santana, Eric Clapton, Delaney & Bonnie, Doc Watson, Paul Butterfield, John Mayall, Siegel & Schwall, not to mention Them. There are others but I hope you get the idea.

So after I rip off the bandaid, then what am I supposed to do?
