Jon: The remote is broken.
Garfield: Get real! What are the chances of that?
I’ve had just the opposite happen. Seems these days, a lot of networks (Nick and Discovery are really bad for this) seem to want to simulcast every awards show, special, and sometimes, even other stuff as well on all the channels, even if it’s likely gonna be lower rated than whatever should be on at that time. Thankfully, On Demand and streaming exist.
I’ve had that happen. These days, it seems networks like to air every stinkin’ special and awards show simultaneously across every channel they own instead of just one, and then repeat them for about a week. I can’t stand awards shows, and most of these specials are lackluster.
