Mondays… gotta loathe ’em

Pour a bucket of icy water why not?

I gather by the way Garfield looks, he was out with Arlene last night.

Today, I’m at 6-1/2 weeks since I gave up caffeine. The days aren’t getting any shorter.

Monday, decaf coffee and…no donuts?! This deal is getting worse by the second!

Not to worry Garf; OYE lean this way Jon and I’ll slap you,my coffee is STILL real coffee.

What a start to a Monday.

That caffeine versus decaf saga no doubt hits too close to home for many. I’d elaborate, but I’d need another half cup to finish this sen…….

It’s a Monday all right…

Never quite grasped the concept of “naturally” decaffeinated coffee.

Decaf coffee is a satanic hoax.

Gah! Decaf “coffee” is NOT coffee! If the doctor told me I had to go off coffee I’d just stop drinking it I would not switch to decaf! Sorry Jon but you will not get away with this. If Garfield won’t slap you I will. I did have my coffee this morning!

Decaf sort of depletes the reason for having morning coffee. Jon will learn after Garfield get thru with him.

That’s a mean trick to pull, especially on a Monday.

This topic is obscene! Children read this strip; they shouldn’t be exposed to such horrible subjects as being forced to drink de-caf in the morning: it could lead to lifelong trauma. And to think Adam@home is right next to Garfield on my e-mail list.
