The obvious answer is (at least in Garfield’s mind) a cat!

You’d think Odie’s answer would be “Is this a trick question?”

Dang it, Jim! You can do better than this!

Odie’s actually smarter than he seems to be; he probably interpreted the question as any animal other than a dog.

Oye Oh Go on Odie lad,you’ve just gotta know there’s nothing you’d rather be than you yourself!

That happens to be a very tricky unusual quite difficult question to ask to anyone especially Odie.The realm of answers at one’s disposal simply does not do any givenjustice.Additionally the pooch given his limited IQ I mean common sense is trap in An obvious dilemma here.We all know that Odie is a K9 and all dogs do go to heaven it has been proven in a few Walt Disney Feature Films.Hence if the critter were to be re-born chances are he might want to be a “Cat”.The many advantages and caveats that felines do enjoy are beyond endless compare to The one’s by dogs.Dogs are made slaves by their owners,some even are deputized as Police companions and end up doing dirty work needlessly and do die in the line of duty.Cats in contrast have it much easier and Really made for themselves.People love then up so much and pamper them up like children.They are compact not messy.And in Asian culture for example it Is even Believed That they are good luck charms take the :“Maneki Neko” for example in Japan,Hindu God Cats in India,and they were worshipped even as God by The Pharaohs of Egypt and had pyramids built in their honor.They are Easy to take care,independent Cute,clean and if taught properly they can even become extremely intelligent and give you lots of unconditional love truly remarkable.Odie is pondering Katt in that mind of his more than likely.We should Thank God for creating Cats.Life in this World would be not very Pleasant if small / big Cats alike did not exist.We are reading this comic because of A certain feline.Cuddly furry Purry.Cats rule.
