I’m guessing he doesn’t finish his deliveries every year – about time for a snack break, he runs out of reindeer to pull the sleigh.

Sometimes it isn’t that you don’t get the joke but that it just doesn’t strike you as being funny. While someone else may think it is hilarious.

Ya know I hate to be pedantic (not really) but since reindeer rather outmass humans shouldn’t Spider Claus’s sleigh be pulled by like grasshoppers or dragonflies or something?
