I was getting to that point in life where I had to take a 1 to 2 hour nap every day, no choice. So I went out on a limb and bought a ginseng complex and started taking one a day. From the very first day all need for naps vanished and I felt more invigorated without feeling nervous. Then one day it hit me… I’m actually taking a pill to avoid naps? WHAT WAS I THINKING?
I consider it more of the restart button. Clears out all the little pieces of brain code that I don’t need clogging up my CPU, and shuts down all the background processes until I need them again.

My recliner has a pause button built in to it. I automatically go into pause after I sit in it a while.
