Sleeping with my eyes open is how I got through economics class.

So all the times we thought he’s asleep… he’s actually been wide awake… but every time his eyes have been open…. he’s been fast asleep

He’s dreaming of lasagna!!

Face it, Garfield, you’re not a young kitty anymore!

I scared the hell out of the barracks night watch in the Navy because I was sleeping with my eyes open.He thought I was dead.

Why does she still hang out with him? I think she could do a lot better.

one of our dogs does that but his eyes roll back. It’s freaky.

Who’d have thought Garf had been in the service? Sleeping anywhere is a necessary skill.

You’d know him if you saw him for his eyes are big you bet

His brow is never lined IN thought, his head is pretty round

His coat is dusty from the day, his whiskers aren’t found

He keeps his head still all the time with Z’s come out the deep

When you think he’s awake, Arlene, he’s always wide asleep

Would’ve loved to master that ability in school…..

If his eyes aren’t open, then he planned ahead by painting his eyelids or wearing trick glasses.

Sleeping with your eyes open is medically referred to as nocturnal lagophthalmos. It’s not good for you. Garfield you need to see a doctor or your vet.
