    Say! I really like today’s strip. It’s exceedingly well-drawn, the verbage has wonderful rhythm, and it’s a good twist on the past few days’ strips.

    Oh no, this goes from bad to worse. Gertie paid through the nose for those tickets and now she’s gonna be thrown out with Mr. Walt. They’ll have to go home and miss the show. I wonder if Byrd will even find out about it. Poor Gertie!
