Happy Thanksgiving to All, even you Devon. Although I don’t believe anything you say as its only been on one subject of the care of Walt and the writings of Jim. Jim is a WONDERFUL writer and a GREAT artist. Even though this is only a COMIC STRIP I’ve enjoyed it highly and others here the same. I hope you think of Thanksgiving a little different than you do today as this is the day of giving thanks and not regrets. Again, Devon have a wonderful Thanksgiving ! HAPPY THANKSGIVING ALL!!!!
Everyone have a bountiful Thanksgiving day with all the trimmings. Here in Kansas the weather is nice a little cool but nice.
News says the Space Shuttle will be seen here this evening and we plan to look at what people put on their homes for Christmas lights.
Mr. Scancarelli, I am thankful you kept on with your story and artwork despite the negativity of the ‘I hate this strip/story/artwork but I read it every day’ trolls which wander GoComics. But you have to admit, it’s gotta be pretty good to keep them engaged.
The artwork is supurb as always, even on the forgettable ‘Slim and the Meteor’ story the artwork was wonderful.
I look forward to the wrapup for this arc and await the next arc with restrained impatience.
Quaby, you need to look up the definition of troll. A troll isn’t someone who drops in every day to say they don’t like something that you like. This is allowed. This is ok to do.
There are other good reasons for reading this strip every day besides liking it, and there are also good reasons for continually voicing dissatisfaction with it.
If you folks want to keep getting personal with the name-calling and snide remarks about how unhappy our whole lives must be, why, I believe I can oblige and maybe even outdo you in that department. But I’d much rather stay focused on the strip, so have the goodness to p*ss off and let me do my naysaying in peace.
ocean17, you are more clever and articulate than the typical chronic naysayer (and their sockpuppets), and I’m thankful for that at least. Are you in Canada? They have a “Thanksgiving” I hear, but earlier. If not Canada, is there an analogous holiday where you are?
Thanks again for a excellent Holiday cartoon Mr. Scancarelli. I look forward to all your holiday specials. The daily G.A. continues to be relevant and execellent as the years go bye.

To quote a song–My bankroll is kind of small, but I remember when I had none at all so I’m counting my blessings. Happy Thanksgiving to all.

BTW, it’s not Thanksgiving anywhere around here, it’s just Thursday. But for those of you doing it, have a happy.
