What’s the backstory regarding Rufus and Joel ? Are settled-down ex-hobos/travelers ? For a whil I thought " maybe they’re intended as sorta leprecauns/faerie folk who can only be seen , in general , by the very old( Uncle Walt ) or young " but I’ve seen them interacting otherwise , so………

Hmm. I made a comment about liking Joel and Rufus and wishing they would be featured more and now it is gone? Very strange
