You’re only as old as you feel. This was a really nice strip for Easter and the start of spring. To Retropop: Would you say the same about your granddad? Think about it.
How marvelous to see Walt again! I have been afraid he will pass on as it has been mentioned several times how old he is. If they ever do a retro, I will be front and center.
It is true that Walt cannot reasonably live much longer without an explicit miracle, but I’d rather see something less utterly superheroish than a "radioactive meteor”. A mysterious pool in Glovania (perhaps in a cave underneath the Grand Duke’s palace) would be just the thing, if it were to be done at all. (I’ve been wondering for years what happened to Glovania in WW2 and after.)

Time for Walt to die – his continued existance stretches creditibitly.

Just right for Spring and the Easter story! Great comic Jim.

Nice to see Walt as he was in the 1920s! That’s his classic look.

Nice, and there might even be a slight Easter thought in there…..with Walt’s “re-birth”.

This anti aging cream must be a product of Benjamin Button

How nice to see someone other than Rufus. I thought this strip was about the Wallet family, not some smelly dump-rat.

So that’s what Walt looks like! It’s been that long.

Always good to see Walt, a positive influence who anchors in the past but keeps moving forward.

Walt would be 115 years old this year.

I have less problem dealing with Walt’s superannuation than I do with the non-aging of Rufus and Joel.

This reminds me of the “Twilight Zone” episode “A Short Drink From A Certain Fountain.”

That was fun. A relief from the current weekday strip.
