My husband has no problem going to sleep with his noisemaker sounding and keeps sleeping, he is not overweight. Long before he retired I stay in the living room reading waiting for him to stop snoring. We did not have an extra bedroom I could sleep in. I did a lot of reading and get to bed perhaps 11 p.m. Now retired he has slim down on weight and he still snores, not as loud yet when he first starts I almost jump to the ceiling, When I tell him he state I snore when he went to bathroom at 2 or 3 a.m., I tell him because I finally got off to sleep.

Wow. He admits he’s the one who snores and it’s so bad it wakes himself up!
