Ah… Gaturrín playing with Emilio “rock, paper, scissors” (Spanish baby talk for “piedra, papel, tijeras”).

PHANTOM: Was this guy just trying to play P. for a sucker until he could pull his gun? Well it didn’t work.

    REX MORGAN: ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

    MARY WORTH: Bunch of bull.

PHANTOM: What happens to the Sunday story if the week-day story ends the way it is going?

GATTURO: Is the kitten, Gaturrin, playing that “hand scissors” game with the fish? In every panel, Gatturin says, I win! But it seems Baby G. has an unfair advantage as the fish, Emilio, doesn’t have hands, only fins.

MARY WORTH: Are Dawn and Jared about the same age? While Dawn’s mind is on the handsome doctor (who may turn out to be a cad), she may have a really nice guy who really likes her sitting just across the table. Just sayin’…. Trust not too much too appearances. —Virgil

MARK TRAIL: I have seen Roseate Spoonbill’s in the wild…but not here in the “South Florida” area (Palm Beach/Fort Lauderdale/Miami). I have seen them further north in the area called the “Treasure Coast” (Jensen Beach). As Mark says, they are gorgeous at a distance.

When Gaturrin starts playing with other gatitos he will see that winning isn’t that easy.
