Once, while unemployed and desperate, I interviewed for a sales job at a big box electronics store. The interview was going great until the manager asked me what I though about extended warranties. I said I thought they were a waste of the consumer’s money and he replied they made most of their money on them. I stood up, shook his hand and thanked for the interview, and left.
