Sounds like the average coffee shop in my city. No matter which one i go into, and place my order at the counter they will charge me for the drink I order, and then give me something completely different. Last time I ordered a large black coffee they gave me a small iced coffee with triple sugar and insisted that I ordered the iced coffee. Either my brain is substituting wrong words every time I go in a coffee shop (I do actually do this on occasion… I will say sweater for sugar, August for April etc.) or the staff at every coffee shop I enter is incompetent.
