Bucky says, "I'm applying for C.I.A. money and I need you to fill out a reference for me." Rob says, "C.I.A. money?" Bucky says, "What's so weird about that? The cat institute of America gives out tons of grants and scholarships." Rob says, "Ah. So are you applying for a stay-out-of-roads scholarship or a not-so-fullbright?" Bucky says, "Maybe if I claim I'm a barn cat, I won't need to submit a guardian reference..." Rob says, "Will you study at Ratgers?"
