In panel 6, Satch says “mustelid” should be used for “ferret”,but Bucky thought it meant that “mustelid” should be used for “schnoz”. The last 2 panel, they are each other the WTF looks.
Simple: The last panel is Satchel coming to the realization (and Bucky being woefully clueless) that all of those pictures taped on the walls(2nd and 7th panels), are actually pictures of the one ferret, out of the 18 others that he didn’t know, who hit Bucky in the Schnoz.
The ferrets slipped in and taped the pics up (backwards, of course, so Bucky will have a little fright for each one that he untapes and turns over out of kitty curiosity). “Aaah,…hmmm…hey I wonder what’s behind this other one….”{repeat 17 times}.

I had to look it up; mustelids are the family of animal including ferrets.
