I had a plumber do that once. I kept telling him there were no pipes in that wall (as any idiot could have seen, anyway), and he (being a he and I being a she) did not even acknowledge that I was speaking to him. When he discovered there were no pipes, he blithely went where he should have gone in the first place, where I told him the problem was. When I called his boss to ask when they were going to fix the wall, he told me the homeowner is responsible for that. I said, no, I told him several times there were no pipes there, so YOU are responsible for it. He finally decided to come out and look, and he was shocked. And he did hire someone to patch and paint. Too bad this was before Yelp and Angie’s List.

Yes Satchel has a view, but who in their right mind would want a view into Bucky’s closet.

I love Conley’s petty hatred of the PetronasTowers – I share it.

Petronas Towers were the first place I visited when I was in KL for a week. Right after we left the airport our KL associate took us to the towers for dinner.
