A friend bought his kitten over to my neighbors place. The kitty was exploring the room when it heard a noise at the window. The little kitty peaked under the window shade to find that my neighbor had a great horned owl in a cage outside the window.

The owl could see the kitty.

That little bitty kitty was across the room moving at warp factor 2.5.

30 MPH, eh? Yeah, I can believe it. But then I could also believe 50 or 100.

I thought that was funny: Dog’s go for volume and one point to cows.

An owl attacked a kitten , but didn’t carry it off. Opened up one of the hind legs down to the bone. Did not harm the muscle or hit any major blood vessel so we just applied some antibiotic and wrapped it up. It was a neighbors cat, but we inherited it and had him for over a dozen years.

Did you know that the average cat radiates approximately ten watts of thermal energy? My two cats are relative strangers in the summer but, in the winter, they are good, good buddies.
