Well, it only stands to reason that you’re being “ENLIGHTENED” by force Bucky, you always were a “DIM BULB” in terms of knowledge.;-D

Reminds me of the scene in “A Christmas Story”, where Ralphie’s mom turned off the leg lamp “in order to save electricity”, while every other lamp in the house was ON. Snork!

You notice how when this was written, in 2007, the code word was “Global Warming”? After the temperature flattened out they had to change it to “Climate Change”, I would be happy if they would finally make up my mind for me and stick with one phrase.

Sad funny true story. A number of years ago we live in Toronto. That was when CFL’s came out. Removed every single light bulb and replaced with a CFL. Two months later the Toronto Hydro folks came and asked to inspect the house as our hydro bill had been cut in half and it triggered a report I guess. Brought them in to look at everything and they left after seeing I had not cut into the wires pre meter. 1 year later they upped the cost of hydro 8% cause they were no longer making millions in profits cause everyone had switched to CFL’s. Doesn’t matter what you do to save money the greedy municipalities will screw you no matter what.

After this week, I will no longer complain about Get Fuzzy’s long 2007-ish Sunday rerun mode nor its fate or ending of the strip according to Andrews-McMeel and Mr. Conley (if he’s all right or something even with problems in his life in any).
