At least this “I hate you, you hate me, let’s hang Barney from a tree!” is somewhat funnier than “I hate you, you hate me, let’s go out and kill Bar-ney.” That’s the one I heard from from bad kids in eighth grade.

The images being conjured up are wonderful. If only I could have had them when my kids were watching the show!
