Moral (Calvin’s principle of learning applied): if you’re going to leave a phone lying around somewhere for awhile, make sure you have a fossil-model from between 1991 and 2000 (no camera, no file-send, can do rudimentary texting).
Looks like there might be a problem at the artist end, as even the Chicago Tribune’s “Gil Thorp” hasn’t updated. http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/custom/gilthorp
(According to Wikipedia, “Gil Thorp” is distributed by the Tribune News Service. That’s why I think that if the Trib hasn’t updated, then nobody has updated because there’s a problem.)
Actually, the Trib is notorious about not updating. I usually go there first, and come here when the Trib is behind. I’ve seen the current strip here many times when the Trib was a day or 2 behind.

Maybe they determined that the current storyline was so lame that they put the strip to sleep.

The Trib is having major problems. We don’t even get it out here in the country any more. Not even the Sunday paper.
