Panel 2 – a referee uses a closed fist when calling a foul. The open hand is for a violation, time out, etc.
In Panel 2 the ref is committing the foul. It looks like a hard blow to the head of number 21 on New Thayer.
Panel 1: I didn’t know Cassie was a thalidomide baby.
Panel 2: has that ref been working out with Ed “Guns” Hochuli?
Panel 3: Yep. thalidomide.

Any idea what caused the whiteout in P. 1? Freak indoor snowstorm or did the Jani-King put ultra-high wattage light bulbs in the gym lights?
P3 - I like that “yes ma’am” yo yo that Cassie is showing off during game play.
The ultra-high wattage would explain why the guy in the stands (frame 3) is wearing sunglasses.
Evidently the referee has to use his arms to call a foul because he forgot his whistle. Must have left it at home.
