Was Bobby a bigger jerk when he pretended to like Jaxon so he could date Darby, or now, when he’s freezing out Scott because he can’t see the peacock? This guy is a real gem.

Inside to goes to Ottewill, Fowler breaks for the hoop, but BB Stuff lobs to Harvey? SPACING. As a coach, Gil is on the gravy train. Bobby will finally see the error of his ways than tear a rotator cuff in baseball preseason. Karma’s a beast.

I’m not sure if that’s an enthusiastic crowd in P1, or an angry mob finally coming after Moon for years of provocation and just bad radio work.

Actually, I’m just pleased as punch to see some actual game action in an actual game. And Throup must have his mind elsewhere if he didn’t notice what was going on out there.

Thorp’s strategy continues to be: “OK, let’s hustle out there.”

Coach Thorpe continues to be missing from the actual coaching side.

Okay, here’s my prediction for tomorrow’s strip.

P1 – Coach Thorp: “We need to play like a team. What’s the problem?”P2 – Player, pointing accusing finger: “He won’t show us his peacock, coach.”P3 – Coach Thorp: “Kaz, I think you’d better handle this.”

When he was managing the Mets, Casey Stengel was known to fall asleep in the dugout from time to time. Gil has been coaching so long, maybe he is falling asleep on the bench.

Let’s look at who ISN’T at the game … Gil, Mimi, the peacock … coincidence? I think not!

This is a completely realistic story line. When I was in high school, the whole football team got mad at the middle linebacker because he would not share his emu.

When i was in high school, the whole baseball team got mad at the catcher because he would not share his cassowary.

When I was in janitorial school the other trainees got mad because my floors were always the shiniest and I refused to share my rhea.
