Actually, Pascoe is a jerk and is making fun of the kicker’s Aspergers. It’s just a really slow-to-develop gag.

@cuttersjock…….. maybe he can put one of Steve’s buckets on Pascoe’s head and make him sing the Marine song. That’s my all time favorite thing Sgt Carter did to Gomer.
